80024Support (3rd Shift Desk’s Parent Company) was launched in a bedroom in Pacific Beach California in September of 1991 as a means to provide help-desk services to companies that were grappling with the computer revolution in business.
 
Over the past 30+ years, 80024Support evolved into a leading enterprise customer support organization,
earning the trust of many national brands while serving their respective customers.
